Positioning by KBD as the CENTRE OF SOUTH - with urban vibes to the East and Ocean Vibes to the West. Jumping off the idea that brighter skies and ocean air define life in South Surrey, this presentation centre was designed to be all-a-glow — even on a damp launch day in September 2024. We loved the results with oversized fluted millwork on the logo wall, and all the subtle matt finishes and textures throughout.
